The villa is just moments away from attractions including Mecox beach, Parrish Art Museum, Southampton golf club and Shinnecock County Park West. The villages of Southampton and Sag Harbor are not far, providing even more choice for shopping and dining.

Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. All credit card Holders must be aged 25 year or older at check-in.

Pool House is only available between April 30th and October 30th. A $100 replacement fee will be charged for a lost copy of the pool house key.
