Cancellation Policy:
Within 48 hours of booking: 100% refund for arrival dates at least 14 day away
7 days or more before arrival: 50% refund
Up to 7 days before arrival: No refund

Building Policies:
• Guests who book this apartment must be at least 23 years old and present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport at check-in.
• Noise Policy: Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum out of respect for other guests. Anyone who violates this policy may be charged up to $400 USD. Repeated violations may lead to removal from the premises.
• No parties or events allowed. We reserve the right to refuse bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking Policy: All properties are 100% non-smoking. A fee of up to $400 USD will be assessed for smoking inside or on the rooftop and terraces.
• All guests must be announced
