Hampton Barn is a luxury modern villa in East Hampton, New York. With 7 bathrooms and 8.5 bathrooms split over three floors, it is suitable for up to fourteen (14) guests – perfect for large families or groups. The villa features spacious, well decorated interiors, with a fully equipped modern kitchen, king or queen beds and en suites in five bedrooms and two twin beds in each of the others. Some notable amenities include walk-in-closets, rain showers, televisions and large windows, providing plenty of natural light. The outside area of the property boasts a large saltwater swimming pool, lounge areas, outdoor kitchen and furniture.

The villa is located in East Hampton, the social centre of the Hamptons, in New York state. The home is located just 7 minutes from the village and 5 miles from the renowned East Hampton Main Beach. Some of the Hampton’s finest destinations are nearby, including many restaurants, art galleries, museums, golf clubs and wineries. Pool heating available at $200/day with advance notice during April, May, September, October. Pool heating is included from June to August.

Shorter stays (<6 days) may be possible upon request.
