The villa is located in East Hampton, the social centre of the Hamptons, in New York state. The home is located by some of the Hampton’s finest destinations, including many restaurants, art galleries, museums, golf clubs and wineries. Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
No smoking. All credit card holders must be ages 25 years and older at check-in.
Pets and parties must be approved by host and will incur an additional charge.
For bookings that are a duration of 1 to 7 nights, the traveller is responsible for: pool heating and additional cleanings (if applicable).
For bookings that are a duration of 8 to 21 nights, the traveller is responsible for: pool heating, pool/hot-tub maintenance and additional cleanings (if applicable), and electricity, heating oil/propane/natural gas, cable/TV/internet/phone and garbage removal.
For bookings that are a duration of 22 nights or more, the traveller is responsible for all of the above, plus garden and lawn maintenance.
