Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and only pay 50% of the total accommodation fees for the reservation. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

No smoking. All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.

Pets and parties must be approved by host and will incur an additional charge. For bookings that are a duration of 1 to 7 nights, the traveller is responsible for: pool heating and additional cleanings (if applicable). For bookings that are a duration of 8 to 21 nights, the traveller is responsible for: electricity, heating oil/propane/natural gas, cable/TV/internet/phone, garbage removal and pool/hot tub maintenance and pool heating (if applicable). For bookings that are a duration of 22 nights or ore, the traveller is responsible for all of the above, as well as garden/lawn maintenance.

Advance notice is required for pool heating.
